Very competitive salary and benefits
Mon-Tues 8-5 and Wed-Thurs 8-3 with a daily huddle at 7 : 30 (avg 36 hrs)

Compensation :

88,200 - $95,020 yearly

Responsibilities :

Conduct initial screenings for patients to understand their oral health history

Put patients at ease by talking with them before, during, and after the appointment

Record any changes to the patient’s health history and document the ongoings of each appointment

Use x-ray machines to take photos of the patients’ teeth so the dentist can clearly identify cavities or other oral health issues

Disinfect all dental instruments to ensure cross-contamination does not occur

Qualifications :

Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours at a time

Understands HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines

Has dental hygienist licensure in the state where the job is located

1 years of experience in dental hygiene work

Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills

Anesthesia and CPR Certified

Laser Certified (preferred) - Or will certify

Graduate from an accredited Hygiene Program and Colorado State Board-Certified

Superb customer service and communication skills

Understand HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines

Must have at least an associate’s degree in dental hygiene; bachelor’s degree preferred
