What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Relations Manager MH Millcreek Hourly position at Monument Health Millcreek, LLC?
The Resident Relations Manager works under the direction of the Executive Director to support the needs of residents and their family members and responsible parties to ensure the psychosocial needs of residents are being met. The Resident Relations Manager assists during the admission and discharge process of residents and coordinates meetings with residents during their stay to evaluate and effectively contribute to the plan of care needed for each resident that provides counseling and assistance as needed.
> Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
> Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
> Tuberculosis Testing
> Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
> Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
> Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
