What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restorative Nursing Assistant MH Nephi Hourly position at Monument Health Nephi, LLC?
The Restorative Nursing Assistant is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) that works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and primarily performs CNA duties and tasks with added specialty treatment for residents. The RNA provides restorative care treatments, encourages residents to participate in daily ADL functions, recommends modifications to restorative treatments as needed, assists in feeding and other restorative measures as indicated as part of the plan of care.
> Active, Non-Probationary CNA License
> Active, Class-Instructed CPR Certification
> Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
> Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
> Tuberculosis Testing
> Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
> Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
> Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
