Patient Types / Diagnoses : Inpatient – 5%; Outpatient – 95%

Neuro, Oncology, Peds

Departmental Support : Rehab Supervisors

Charting System : EPIC

Equipment used : AAC Devices

Floating : May float from Spearfish to Lead-Deadwood hospital ~ 115 miles north (infrequent)

Orientation : 5-7 days

Job Requirements

SD licensure

CCC-SLP

Valid driver’s license

Schedule Information

Weekend rotation : No

Will they be on call? No

Holiday Expectations : None

Approval of time off : Can approve up to 7 days without approval from the Supervisor : No
