What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wound Care RN MH Taylorsville Hourly position at Monument Health Taylorsville, LLC?
The Wound Care Nurse position works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and is responsible for providing resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans and as directed by nursing management. The Wound Care Nurse position is central to the provision of resident care. The Wound Care Nurse works with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care to residents and strictly follows all Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines.
> Active, Non-Probationary RN License
> Active, Class-Instructed CPR Certification
> Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
> Tuberculosis Testing
> Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
> Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
> Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
