What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Manager position at Monument Staffing?
We are in search of a proactive and personable Community Manager to take charge of a unique and varied real estate portfolio. This role combines facilities oversight with tenant relations and community building to create thriving environments across several locations.
Primary Duties:
- Full oversight of property operations, maintenance, and day-to-day functionality
- Administer lease agreements and coordinate renewals
- Lead tenant onboarding and foster strong relationships among occupants
- Handle tenant communications through multiple channels (phone, email, messaging)
- Track rent collections and stay on top of billing and outstanding payments
- Ensure all facilities are well-kept, functional, and professionally maintained
- Support tenants with operational needs (tech access, printing, minor services)
- Identify and resolve property-related issues in a timely, thoughtful manner
- Manage shared amenity spaces such as self-serve refreshment areas
- Organize periodic events to promote community engagement
- Source and manage third-party service providers for cleaning, amenities, and maintenance
- Maintain property websites and social presence with timely updates
- Oversee on-site studio spaces and wellness facilities
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of office management experience, preferably experience in real estate or property management
- A naturally outgoing, people-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Calm under pressure and resourceful in solving challenges
- Familiar with office software and systems (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc.)
