Responsibilities
- Control workflow between CEO and other company departments
- Handle all logistics CEO related Interact with leadership, internally and externally
- Manage meetings, conferences, etc. in Outlook
- International and Domestic travel arrangements and accommodations
- Written correspondence on behalf of Executive team
- Project support, presentation support, BOD meeting support
Qualifications
MUST HAVE a minimum of 5 years administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Communication skills, written/verbal
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Keep information confidential
Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
