My client, a well-respected investment firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their administrative team and support the day-to-day office operations. Fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-5 years of experience supporting/managing a corporate office to utilize their experience in a fast-paced, high-end environment!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing reception area, conference rooms and kitchen
- Greeting clients and visitors, directing them accordingly
- Answer and direct calls, taking messages and relaying to appropriate parties
- Managing conference room schedules, setting up prior to meetings, liaising with IT as needed for AV needs
- Providing administrative support to leadership as needed
- Handling and distributing all incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Order catering for client and company lunches
- Managing inventory of office and kitchen supplies, keeping things stocked and organized
- Vendor and building management communication for maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of proven office support/management experience in a corporate setting
- Professional, outgoing personality with outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong computer skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Superior work ethic and no job is too big or too small mindset
