As a Master Carpenter with us, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' dream homes to life through your expertise in reading blueprints, framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, siding, windows and doors, woodworking, and more. What We Need You to Do :
- Check out and thoroughly understand complex blueprints to ensure precise execution of projects
- Execute framing and finish carpentry work with precision and accuracy
- Expertly construct and install high-quality cabinetry to enhance the overall aesthetic of the space
- Showcase your advanced woodworking skills on a variety of projects, demonstrating versatility and creativity
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior carpenters, sharing your knowledge and expertise
