What You'll Be Doing :
- Running residential construction projects from start to finish
- Working with skilled labor and subcontractors
- Team up with Construction Manager to ensure all trades have the right materials on site
- Reading blueprints and specs with precision
- Making sure quality is top-notch and projects stay on schedule
- Inspecting and solving issues quickly
- Keeping track of projects with photos and daily reports
- Handling project budgets and finances
- Making sure safety rules are followed on site
- Leading regular project meetings with stakeholders
