We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to support our business and drive operational efficiencies that will ensure our company's continued growth. This position is integral in maintaining and supporting our accounting policies, processes, and controls and will handle key financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Manage customer invoices, ensure timely collection, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients accurately and promptly.
- Reconcile AR accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Review, process, and manage vendor invoices and bills.
- Ensure timely payment of accounts and accurate tracking of expenses.
- Maintain records of accounts payable transactions.
Invoicing:
- Prepare and issue invoices based on sales and services rendered.
- Track payment schedules and provide regular updates on outstanding invoices.
Credit Card Program:
- Manage and reconcile company credit card transactions.
- Track and report on business expenses associated with credit cards.
General Administrative Tasks:
- Cash Room
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of bookkeeping experience, to include both A/P and A/R preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Demonstrated internal/external customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks under specific time constraints
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Sage experience preferred
