Objectives of this Role
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, warehouse management tools, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and software.
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements.
- Manage critical vendor relationships.
- Enable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining company policies.
- Serve as the IT subject matter expert supporting the management team.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4 years' experience in IT
- Experience working with vendor support
- IT Inventory management experience
- Excellent organizational skills
