We are seeking dedicated and experienced Chefs/Sous Chefs to oversee the daily operations. We are hiring in the Cleveland, OH, and the Naples/Ft. Meyers, FL markets.
We are searching for individuals that have backgrounds in upscale and polished restaurant environments. 2 years of management and a 4-year degree preferred

Responsibilities
- Coordinate food preparation and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen personnel.
- Assist with staff training programs to enhance team performance and service delivery.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
