Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Double-check orders for accuracy and presentation before running.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Keep service stations stocked and clean.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and service.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any needs or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or guest services is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Able to stand and move quickly for extended periods.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
