Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Clean out BBQ smokers once a week or as needed
- Ensure all dishware is ready for use by staff and guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized dishwashing area.
- Remove trash and garbage from the dishwashing area and dispose of it properly.
- Assist with basic food prep and support other kitchen staff as needed.
- Monitor and maintain dishwashing supplies, notifying management when replenishment is required.
- Follow all safety and health regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
