Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of inquiries via phone, chat, and other communication channels. Your goal is to provide exceptional service by offering solutions to customers’ questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem and providing effective solutions.
- Provide accurate product/service information and assist with account-related questions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized experiences.
- Record customer interactions in the system and follow up as needed.
- Ensure all inquiries are addressed with the utmost attention to detail in a timely manner with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Problem-solving abilities to handle a variety of customer concerns and find efficient solutions.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and familiarity with customer service software or platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while staying organized and professional.
- Fabric knowledge is a plus but not required.
