The Retail Media Advertising Operations Specialist is responsible for the coordination of all advertising campaigns on behalf of Retail Media Networks (RMNs). This includes but is not limited to pre-campaign planning, post-campaign reporting, internal communication, creative approvals, and quality assurance. This position will be responsible for spearheading collaboration with Retail Media sales teams including managed service, platform support, and training. The Retail Media Advertising Operations Specialist reports to the VP of Retail Media Advertising Operations, but will work with multiple departments and RMNs to ensure everything meets the clients’ expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

● Campaign setup and monitoring.

● Maintain reporting for upcoming managed service campaigns and outstanding creative.

● Coordinate creative between members of the RMN sales team and Vibenomics Creative Studios, which includes joining creative briefs/meetings, entering copy, sending for approval, and adding final to campaign.

● Assist accounting and finance team with campaign information for reporting.

● Collaborate with the RMNs regarding media planning, measurement feasibility, and campaign recaps.

● Assist with training and platform adoption with new RMNs or Partners.

● Send recaps at campaign end to RMN sales team for managed service clients.

● Continually improve processes for tracking advertising campaigns, scheduling, reporting, and onboarding new RMN partners.

● Assist advertising operations on any CRM projects or enhancements.  

● Host weekly internal meetings to show campaign progress and notify the team of status of managed service campaigns.

● Other duties as assigned.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

● Experience working in account management or other coordinator role preferably within an advertising agency or media company.

● Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).

● Ability to learn, retain and communicate highly technical information in a fast-paced environment.

● Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

● Effective working both independently and in a team environment.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

● BA in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or similar field preferred, but not required.

● Experience working with Google Suite, Slack, SSP’s, Tableau, and CRM software.

● Experience working with programmatic ad placement.
