Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide our guests and associates a unique and outstanding spa experience, the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Duties
- Greet and assist members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the cash register.
- Assist with basic retail sales duties, including selling products and processing transactions through the POS system.
- Maintain a clean safe, fully stocked and organized of assigned work areas.
- Explain and promote all of spa services, membership, and retail promotions and/or discounts available.
- Utilize computer with skills and proficiency, and only for business purposes.
- Handle guest's question and concerns professionally and courteously paraphrasing back what has been articulated ensuring top level communication.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guess satisfaction.
- maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards healthy workplace.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in cash handling and experience with cash registers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using office equipment and software applications related to reception duties.
- Language: Required to speak, read and write English, Fluency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
- Must have a flexible schedule, willing to work days, nights, weekends, and hoildays.

Pay
Starting $18/Hr during our training period, we will be raised to $20/hr once training is completed.
