Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Moody Heating & Air, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively. You will assist customers with scheduling appointments, resolving inquiries, and providing information about our HVAC services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with HVAC services, including scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing general information.
- Perform outbound calls to follow up with customers on service appointments, maintenance reminders, and satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the company’s database.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with the service and operations teams to ensure seamless scheduling and timely delivery of services.
- Educate customers about HVAC maintenance plans, promotions, and other service offerings.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and support.
- Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and HVAC services to address customer inquiries effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related role (HVAC industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software (Housecall Pro or Service Titan) and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
