Position Overview:
The People Regional Partner is responsible for fostering relationships, offering HR support, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee engagement across Latin America. This role involves partnering with various HR functions and assisting regional leaders in delivering results.
- 5 years as an HR generalist with strong HR foundation/operation background
- Bachelor’s Degree. Advanced degree and/or certification in HR specialties
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to incorporate metrics and analysis into HR delivery.
- Knowledge of State/Country labor laws / statutory requirements within their assigned territory
- Strong personal credibility with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior managers and partners in order to influence.
- Outstanding verbal and communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with all levels of management.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work, execute flawlessly, and understand HR processes.
- Motivated self-starter, confident, and able to navigate through change.
- Strong team player, commercial, and client-centric. Ability to work in a remote team environment and location.
- Experience in managing employee lifecycle.
- Competent in using existing HR technology and tools, and MS Office software suite including Word,Excel and PowerPoint
- Build relationships with employees, managers, and leaders across Latin America- Support regional leaders in delivering region/country specific HR programs
- Serve as internal advisor to HR COEs and other supporting functions- Understand local policies to advise employees and managers.
- Partner with HR COEs to ensure operational effectiveness and drive process standardization.
- Capture and share employee and local management feedback with People Management team- Support delivery of best employee experience within talent communities
- Assist with rollout of Inclusion, Training & Organizational Development, and Total Rewards programs
- Promote the Moody’s brand in local markets-
- Act as point of escalation for HR service quality issues- Identify potential HR process risks and make recommendations for compliance.
- Assist with report generation and provide initial insights and analysis
- Provide coaching to management on employment risks and handle formal stage if necessary
