Job Description:
The ideal candidate performs a variety of complex technical and clerical duties. Assigned functions, such as payroll, data preparation, analysis, reconciliation, and review of payroll reports to resolve issues, producing calculations, and processing of pay data items. Examples consist of bonuses, commissions, garnishments, deductions, direct deposit set up and returns, terminations, time and labor issues, and final pay. Ability to collect and analyzes data. Reviews, interprets and responds to payroll tickets. Participates in a collaborative environment and working groups. Ensures compliance with rules and regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties
· 3 years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes
· 3 years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
· 3 years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with consultants and senior leaders across functions
· 3 years of experience executing strategies and managing exceptional employee engagement
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
· 1 years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
· 1 years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
· Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
