Role & Responsibilities :
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Kubernetes-based solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Drive the development and evolution of Kubernetes products, ensuring they meet the needs of developers, DevOps teams, and organizations adopting cloud-native technologies.
- Research and stay informed on Kubernetes-related trends, updates, and innovations to continuously improve the product offering.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and technical teams to develop, implement, and launch Kubernetes-related features and improvements.
- Partner with the sales and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies, providing necessary product information and positioning.
- Act as the key liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product goals and progress.
- Oversee the integration of Kubernetes with other critical technologies in the cloud-native ecosystem, such as container runtimes, monitoring, CI / CD tools, and service meshes.
- Ensure that Kubernetes-based products are scalable, secure, and optimized for use across a variety of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Engage with customers, both directly and through customer-facing teams, to gather feedback and identify pain points and feature requests related to Kubernetes.
- Use customer insights to inform product direction, ensuring that new features and

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from 120,000 / year in our lowest geographic market up to 160,000 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
