Requirements
- Work Experience:
- Over 8 years of retail store expansion experience, with 5 years in multinational companies (retail, luxury, tech, or Finance Services related industries);
- Successfully led flagship store projects in 3 or more countries (from inception to launch);
- Core Skills:
- Data Sensitivity: Proficient in using GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS), Excel modeling, and BI software (Tableau/Power BI);
- Design Aesthetics: Understand commercial space design logic, able to review CAD drawings and provide optimization suggestions;
- Negotiation Skills: Led major commercial real estate lease negotiations, reducing store costs;
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in a third language (Japanese, Arabic, Spanish, etc. preferred);
