Nurse Practitioner Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals in a well-estabilshed professional holistic environment that offers acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage therapy, infrared sauna and amethyst biomat services.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in discharge planning and utilization review processes.
• Provide education to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment options.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure.
• Experience in occupational health, pain management, or hospital medicine preferred.
• Proficiency in performing IV insertions and other relevant procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
