What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administration Assistant position at Moon Cutter Co. Inc.?
Duties and responsibilities:
· Answer phones and greet visitors
· Provide price and availability on stocked items
· Transfer calls as needed
· Prepare and send communications, such as emails, invoices, reports, sales orders, jobs and other correspondence
· Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
· Intake payments
· Use of Global Shop Solutions programming
Skills and abilities:
· Demonstrates innovative
· Knowledge of basic computer skills
· Possess strong organizational, problem solving and attention to detail skills
· Working knowledge of office equipment, such as, printers, adding machine, etc.
· Excellent time management skills
Must be able to lift at least 30lbs
Potential to become full time position
Mon-Fri 10am-3pm
Salary : $18 - $19
