- Moon Drops Distillery is looking to hire Part Time Brand Ambassadors to represent Moon Drops Distillery positively at a variety of events.
- As a Brand Ambassador at Moon Drops Distillery, you will be responsible for representing Moon Drops Distillery along with promoting products to customers and the community.
- You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Educate customers about Moon Drops Distillery products, including our range of spirits, special releases, and brand story.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, answering questions, offering tastings, and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Event Support: Assist with organizing and executing promotional events and tastings to showcase Moon Drops Distillery and enhance customer experiences.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to promote product sales, meet sales targets, and track customer feedback and preferences.
- Brand Representation: Represent Moon Drops Distillery professionally and uphold brand values and standards at all times.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and support marketing strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, customer interactions, and event feedback for reporting purposes.
- KPI's: Meet monthly Key Performance Indicator goals to include (but not limited to): key account visits, conducting account staff training, and executing events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or brand promotion is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for spirits and the bourbon industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a state-issued ATC license or the ability to obtain one within two weeks of hire (reimbursement for the license is available after 2nd tasting is successfully completed)
- Must have a cell phone.
- Must work Nights, Weekends, and occasionally a Holiday weekend
- Responsible for sampling
- Ability to positively engage with customers.
- Educating customers on the Moon Drops Distillery Brand
- Responsible for completing a recap and submitting pictures of the tastings to be used for the company’s social media sites.
- This job requires a valid Indiana Salesman Permit.
