You’ll be the face of the brand, sharing product information, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while actively achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Event team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Engaging directly with customers at retail locations, using your influence to increase brand visibility and awareness.
- Setting up branded pop-up kiosks and event stations designed to draw attention and captivate the public.
- Representing the client’s brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong knowledge of product offerings.
- Providing answers to common customer inquiries and overcoming any minor objections.
- Successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective upselling and customer engagement.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales using digital tools to provide useful insights and feedback.
