Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Brand Ambassador to promote our premium trees and landscaping products. This role requires strong communication skills to engage directly with landscaping contractors, homeowners, and industry professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering valuable market insights, managing data in a CRM system, scheduling appointments, and collaborating closely with our inventory team.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and working outdoors. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

 Key Duties and Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                                            

• Actively engage landscaping contractors and industry professionals, introducing them to Moon Valley Nurseries’ products and services.
• Canvass residential neighborhoods, educating homeowners about our high-quality trees and landscaping solutions.
• Gather and input valuable market data into our CRM system, tracking potential leads, industry trends, and customer preferences.
• Schedule appointments for potential customers to visit our nurseries and meet with sales representatives.
• Work directly with the inventory team to stay updated on product availability and ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
• Represent Moon Valley Nurseries professionally, providing product expertise and exceptional service.
• Follow up on leads to build long-term relationships and drive sales.
• Work independently, staying motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities                                                                                                                                                                            

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with contractors, landscapers, and homeowners.
• Strong organizational skills, with experience managing and tracking data in a CRM system.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is preferred.
• High-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven personality.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate meetings between customers and sales representatives.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping, plants, or nursery products is a plus but not required.

BS Degree in business or equivalent experience

 Physical requirements/Working Conditions                                                                                                                                                                            

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 15 pounds. Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in possibly extreme conditions, including rain, heat, sun, and wind.
