We are seeking a Senior Creative Executive who is passionate about telling engaging and enriching stories for children across multiple platforms. This role leads the creative processes for our biggest brand, CoComelon.

The successful candidate will work closely with our network of creators all over the world. Our in-house production teams are based in London and our current third-party animation studios are based in India. This is a demanding and fast-paced role with growth potential that requires curiosity, drive, and initiative.

Location : Los Angeles | Salary : $150,000 - $165,000 | Type : Full time, office-based role

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all CCM content from a creative perspective from development to production through to final delivery to YouTube and premium platforms.
• Work with the Chief Creative Officer to develop and build out CCM creative strategy, DNA & content opportunities.
• Ideate on show ideas, working with Development teams.
• Identify and assign creative talent to develop and produce content.
• Review and provide notes on scripts, animatics, cuts, voice records, and all other steps in the creative process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (CCM GM, Commercial, Distribution, Platforms) to ensure creative development aligns with company goals and objectives.
• Maintain flexibility and openness to take on additional projects as necessary or assigned.
