The Role
We're looking for a confident Senior multidisciplinary designer with 6 years' experience to join our growing brand and marketing team in Los Angeles.
You will be a creative powerhouse, responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs across a wide range of media. You will be a key player in shaping the visual identity of our brands, ensuring consistency and excellence in all marketing and promotional materials. You will work closely with other creatives, marketing managers, CG artists, producers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful designs that resonate with our audiences.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across static and motion projects and has a basic understanding of editing. The role is suited to someone who comes from an agency or entertainment background. This is an exciting opportunity to work across an array of creative projects for some of the biggest kids' brands.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualization & Design: Develop innovative and engaging design concepts for a variety of projects, including:
- Marketing campaigns (digital and print, static and motion)
- Social media content (static and motion)
- Merchandise
- Event and promotional materials
- Brand guidelines
- Multidisciplinary Expertise: Utilize your skills in graphic design, illustration, typography, and motion graphics to create cohesive and impactful visual experiences.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all projects, maintaining the integrity and visual identity of our characters and properties.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
- Art Direction: Provide art direction and guidance to freelancers and external vendors as needed.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the kids entertainment industry.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the entertainment industry or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with digital design and social media content creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with 3D programs and Premiere is a plus.
