Job Description
As a SaaS Product Designer Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design process for our SaaS platforms, from concept to launch. You will lead a cross-functional team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user engagement and drive product adoption.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for our SaaS platforms, from concept to launch, using Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Design and develop high-quality, user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS design and front-end development.
What You Need
- ~5 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on SaaS applications.
- ~ Expert proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
- ~ Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, psychology, and best practices (including accessibility).
- ~ Experience with data visualization and dashboard design.
- ~ An understanding of front-end development to implement and refine UI components.
- ~ Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- ~ A portfolio of your own that demonstrates your ability to design complex SaaS interfaces and solve user problems.
- ~ Experience with design systems.
- Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks such as NextJs.
- Experience with mobile app design.
- Understanding of backend architecture.
