The Role
We're seeking an experienced SaaS Product Designer Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design process for our SaaS platforms, from concept to launch. You will lead a cross-functional team to create high-quality, user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive the design process for our SaaS platforms, from concept to launch, using Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Design and develop high-quality, user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS design and front-end development.
What We're Looking For
- ~5 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on SaaS applications.
- ~ Expert proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
- ~ Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, psychology, and best practices (including accessibility).
- ~ Experience with data visualization and dashboard design.
- ~ An understanding of front-end development to implement and refine UI components.
- ~ Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- ~ A portfolio of your own that demonstrates your ability to design complex SaaS interfaces and solve user problems.
- ~ Experience with design systems.
- Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks such as NextJs.
- Experience with mobile app design.
- Understanding of backend architecture.
