Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Assistant at Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, MT. The Pastry Assistant will be responsible for general scratch-bakery tasks including weighing out recipes using weight/digital scale, using math skills to scale a recipe up or down, labeling/organizing prep items, maintaining pars on prep and ingredients for ordering, mixing according to procedures on recipe, baking according to procedures and following doneness temperature standards, assisting in putting away orders, assisting with inventory, potentially other tasks as they come up.

- Hygiene standards knowledge and implementation
- Cleanliness, neatness of product presentation.
- Professional attitude regarding members needs/wants/preferences.
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail
- ACF Certification is a plus
