Job Description & Requirements
The Moonlight Medical team is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Physical Therapist to join our healthcare staff. As a travel Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions, and potential for rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to meet their physical therapy goals.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care.
- Document and record patient progress and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with passing scores on the NPTE exam.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively pursuing licensure.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current CPR certification.
