Travel Physical Therapist
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment in Albany, Georgia.
About the Job
The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree with NPTE certification. A current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT is also required. Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care and treatment planning
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction
- Educate patients and families on physical therapy methods
- Document and record patient progress
