Moonlight Mountain Recovery is looking for a Mental Health Therapist/Counselor to assist adolescents with substance use and Co-occurring Disorders.

Essential Functions:
- Completes group and individual sessions that address the individual needs of the client including relapse prevention.
- Prepares and completes all necessary documentation and record keeping.
- Composes individualized daily notes that show accurate and personalized documentation regarding clients’ progress.
- Lectures on substance use and co-occurring disorders.
- Maintains knowledge of and adheres to Company policies and procedures.
- Participates as an effective, contributing member of the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicates well and has a positive up-beat attitude.
- Competent and knowledgeable in ethical standards and confidentiality matters.
- Works effectively with a treatment team format and knows how to work with supervision.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in an appropriate discipline and/or current licensure as a LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMSW
Must know how to use and maintain Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
If you are a self-identified person in recovery from a substance use disorder, you must have a minimum of (1) one year sobriety.
Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check and drug screening.
