Full Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Amusement Experienced Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead a team dedicated to safety, efficiency, and fun. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for entertainment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in management and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operation, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests
• Hiring, training, and supervise employees, including ride operators, cashiers, maintenance and shift leaders
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
• Handle guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with marketing and events teams to plan promotions and special events
• Maintain partnerships with vendors and external service providers
• Develop strategies to enhance visitor satisfaction and increase attendance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the amusement industry
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and operational compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Familiar with computers, technology, phones

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000 - $60,000 / year
