Job Description :
The Corporate Estimator is responsible for leading the estimating team in reviewing and prioritizing projects to bid, leading team meetings, and issuing quotations for all target jobs. Responsibilities :
- Interact with sales associates to set bid strategies and follow up on open quotes leading to purchase orders.
- Perform an electronic material take-off on projects utilizing estimating software.
- Utilize manufacturers’ selection software to make equipment selections and pricing.
- Generate quotations and distribute them to customers via a CRM system.
- Electronic filing of project documents.
- Responsible for handling the pricing of all relevant products on jobs.
- Manage future opportunities for the estimating team.
- Develop and maintain estimating meeting agendas, procedures, and tools.
- Lead internal estimating training.
