Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the lobby area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role required
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues guests may have during their stay
- Creativity to find alternative solutions to guest needs
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests. We have a small team that is positive minded and practice honest communication.
This position is temporary and expected to last until October, but there is a possibility to continue through the busy season if things work out well.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
