As a Brand Designer, you’ll be responsible for shaping and elevating brand identities, crafting visual experiences that resonate with audiences and help drive business growth. From logo design to complete visual brand systems, you’ll work closely with the creative team and clients to create exceptional, cohesive brand identities that truly stand out in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Identity Design & Development
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strong, visually cohesive brand identities that align with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Design brand systems including logos, typography, color palettes, and graphic elements that can be used across digital and print platforms.
- Create visual assets that are compelling and adaptable across multiple channels (websites, social media, print, ads, etc.), ensuring brand consistency throughout.
- Provide expert guidance on the application of brand standards, ensuring that designs resonate with the target audience while maintaining a high standard of creativity.
Creative Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, copywriters, and marketing strategists, to develop integrated design solutions that drive client objectives.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and business vision to ensure that creative concepts meet their expectations and align with their brand’s story.
- Participate in strategy sessions to develop creative concepts that are innovative, impactful, and grounded in strategic thinking.
Visual Design Execution & Refinement
- Produce high-quality design deliverables, including digital assets (web design, social media templates, email campaigns) and print collateral (brochures, business cards, packaging).
- Ensure all brand elements are executed with a high level of attention to detail and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Work within timelines and project briefs to deliver designs on time while maintaining creative integrity.
Design Innovation & Trends
- Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies to continually evolve your design practice and deliver fresh, innovative ideas for clients.
- Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Provide insights into the latest design trends and bring new ideas to the table to elevate the client’s brand experience.
Client & Internal Communication
- Present design concepts to clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence, articulating design rationale and the strategic thought process behind creative decisions.
- Take feedback from clients and internal stakeholders and iterate on designs to refine and perfect creative deliverables.
- Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and expectations clearly and professionally, ensuring smooth collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in brand identity, visual storytelling, and design systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Experience in developing and executing brand identities across multiple touchpoints, including digital, social, and print.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining creative quality.
- Ability to take creative direction and feedback and transform it into successful design outcomes.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Bonus: Experience with motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Bonus: Passion or experience in working with sustainable, technology-driven, or high-growth brands.
