In this role, you’ll work alongside the social media and creative teams to produce high-quality content tailored to the unique needs of each platform. From concept to execution, you’ll oversee the entire content production process, ensuring every asset aligns with the strategic vision, brand voice, and client goals. Key Responsibilities:
Content Production & Visual Storytelling
- Produce a variety of content types (video, photography, animations, graphics) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the social media team to conceptualize creative ideas that resonate with the target audience while staying on-brand.
- Work with creative teams to ensure content is visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for each social media platform.
- Edit and refine content (e.g., short-form videos, carousels, GIFs) to meet platform specifications and brand guidelines.
Project Management & Execution
- Lead the content production process, from ideation and planning to shooting and editing, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines.
- Organize and oversee on-set production for video and photo shoots, including logistics, props, and coordination with the team.
- Ensure smooth communication across the team to keep projects on track and on schedule.
- Track progress and make adjustments as needed, ensuring the content meets creative and strategic objectives.
Content Optimization & Adaptation
- Edit and format content to ensure optimal engagement on each platform (e.g., resizing images, tailoring video length, adjusting caption styles).
- Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and shareability to ensure it reaches the right audience and drives results.
- Experiment with new content formats and techniques to stay ahead of trends and best practices on social platforms.
Collaboration with Creative Teams
- Collaborate closely with other creatives, designers, and strategists to ensure the content aligns with overall campaign goals.
- Contribute ideas for new content series, features, and campaigns that support brand objectives and create excitement within the community.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering valuable insights into how content can stand out and deliver measurable results.
Client Engagement & Reporting
- Work directly with clients to gather content requirements, ensure brand consistency, and provide updates on production timelines.
- Ensure client feedback is incorporated into content revisions, delivering assets that meet client expectations and goals.
- Report on content performance, using data to refine future content strategies and production processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in social media content production, video production, or creative services.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proven ability to produce engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Strong creative vision with a keen understanding of brand identity and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in on-set production, including coordinating shoots, directing talent, and managing equipment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in social media content production.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social) is a plus
- Bonus: Experience in motion graphics or animation.
