Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development & Execution
- Lead the strategy for social media campaigns, including content creation, platform selection, timing, and audience targeting to achieve business goals.
- Develop platform-specific strategies for clients, with a focus on engagement, growth, and community building across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Craft strategic content calendars and ensure consistency and alignment across all client social channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and develop engaging content that speaks to the client’s audience and supports business objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to assess the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular audits of social media channels, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Implement A/B testing to refine content and strategy for improved performance across platforms.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to ensure social strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Community Management & Audience Engagement
- Develop strategies for organic community growth while staying aligned with the overall social media goals.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and drive engagement.
- Engage with audiences in real-time, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster relationships and build brand loyalty.
Content Collaboration & Brand Consistency
- Work with content creators, designers, and copywriters to develop compelling social media content that aligns with each client’s brand voice and vision.
- Ensure all content maintains brand consistency while being adapted for platform-specific requirements (e.g., visual style, tone, format).
- Provide creative direction to ensure all social assets are on-brand and optimized for their intended platform.
Client Communication & Reporting
- Regularly report on social media campaign performance, providing clients with insights, data, and actionable recommendations.
- Present strategies, progress, and results to clients, articulating social media performance in a clear and data-driven manner.
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all social media strategies are executed smoothly.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in social media strategy and management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong ability to create engaging, data-driven strategies that drive measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging copy that speaks to different audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations is a plus.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
