About the Role:
We’re looking for a versatile, bold, and strategic designer who thrives at the intersection of social, digital, and brand design. You’ll be concepting culturally relevant campaigns, pitching out-of-the-box ideas, and taking creative risks to produce stunning, high-impact visuals across multiple touchpoints.
This role is perfect for a modern digital designer who can switch seamlessly between static graphics, motion design, and interactive content—someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling and engage. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists and content creators to bring fresh, innovative design ideas to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🎨 Concept & Design Social & Digital Content
- Create bold, high-impact visuals that stand out across social, web, and digital platforms
- Design GIFs, static posts, interactive carousels, email campaigns, and motion graphics
- Develop compelling brand storytelling through visual design
🎬 Incorporate Motion & Interactive Elements
- Animate text, graphics, and transitions to elevate content
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, motion-enhanced social posts)
- Bring modern UX/UI thinking to interactive design projects
🚀 Campaign & Brand Identity Development
- Concept strategic, culturally relevant campaigns for various brands
- Own brand identity development, including logos, typography, and color systems
- Support front-end web design (landing pages, website updates, digital touchpoints)
💡 Creative Ownership & Collaboration
- Pitch out-of-the-box ideas and take creative risks
- Work directly with strategists and content teams to align on creative vision
- Deliver high-quality work with autonomy, meeting deadlines and pushing creative boundaries
What You Bring:
✅ 2 years of design experience in an agency, studio, or fast-paced creative environment
✅ Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
✅ Experience with Figma for design and prototyping
✅ A solid grasp of UX/UI principles and how design translates across digital platforms
✅ Ability to design for social media, paid media, and digital marketing
✅ Motion graphics and animation skills
