As the Account Director of Enterprise Client Solutions , you will serve as a strategic partner to clients, aligning their omnichannel and cross-program objectives with effective Customer Experience Management (CXM) strategies. You will provide expert guidance on both strategic and tactical solutions, leveraging Moore & SimioCloud products and services. You will educate clients on predictive model application, performance measurement, and evaluation, directing the SimioCloud team in developing targeted predictive models, and collaborating with Moore’s engineering and reporting teams to design custom data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), and analytics solutions.

Your Impact :
- Understand customer strategic objectives and align solutions accordingly.
- Leverage data and technology to recommend Moore and SimioCloud products, solutions, and capabilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to address business challenges for agencies, their clients, and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities, present solutions, and communicate results in agency and client meetings.
- Oversee daily client management, ensuring timely delivery, revenue growth, and performance analysis.
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives.
- Direct SimioCloud teams, including Account Managers and Data Scientists, to meet client goals across engagements, predictive model builds, and model score delivery.
- Collaborate with agencies, clients, and engineering teams to ensure accurate client data onboarding and develop custom data pipeline solutions.
- Partner with engineering and reporting teams to create tools for donor file analysis.
