As a Database Account Executive, you will work closely with Amergent’s Portfolio clients to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and service. The Database Account Executive will provide end user support in assisting with file generation and analysis to aid in our client’s fundraising efforts. You will serve as an ambassador for the company and for the Moore enterprise.

Your Impact:
- Communicate regularly with clients, via meetings, phone calls, and e-mail.
- Assist in the execution of client fundraising campaigns, including data enhancement and audience segmentation.
- Provide Portfolio end-user support.
- Assist in designing reports.
- Maintain and enhance workflow documentation.
- Perform quality control and data integrity checks on all outputs.
- Manage workflow to meet deadlines.
- Assist in end-user training.
- Assist in software testing.
Your Profile:
- 1-3 years of industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Highly accurate and organized with well-developed project management skills.
- Work well in a team environment and is driven to meet clients’ fundraising goals.
- Handle multiple complex projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Resourceful self-starter who can take initiative and follow through on projects.
- Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with internal and external leaders.
- Committed to delivering error-free work and high-quality customer service to clients.
- Adhere to AFP ethical standards and practices.
- Nonprofit work experience a plus.
