Cutting-edge R & D company is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team, ideal candidate will have experience in or manufacturing with small parts.
Responsibilities
- Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
- Able to accurately use calipers and micrometers to measure tight tolerances.
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer/Supervisor.
- Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Experience with microscopes.
- Experience with small part assembly.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with a microscope for 90% of the shift in a highly sedentary role.
- Ability to work with small parts, including inspecting various raw materials
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience in medical device assembly and cleanroom environments is a plus.
Hours are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm daily overtime as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
