Leading manufacturer of RF antennas and RF Receivers, speakers and other modules. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Quality Control Inspector/Inventory Quality Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming and outgoing materials, in-process QC inspections, performing cycle counts, and utilizing inventory inspections control using barcode scanning equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Inspect and verify the quality of materials, parts, and products received from suppliers.
- Outgoing Quality Control (OQC): Ensure that all outgoing products meet company and customer quality standards before shipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of products and processes during various stages of production to ensure they meet established quality standards
- Verify measurements, tolerances, and specifications of parts using appropriate testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Monitor and check for non-conformities and immediately report issues to supervisors or the quality control team.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Generate quality inspection reports (CAPA’s, FAI’s) and communicate findings to relevant departments.
- Ensure proper documentation of inspection outcomes for internal audits and compliance purposes.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to safety protocols during inspections and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Reconcile any discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Assist in maintaining inventory organization and control.
- Utilize barcode scanning equipment to confirm inventory movement in and out of the system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the integrity of inventory data through precise scanning and recording.
- Perform inspections on all received goods to ensure they meet the specified standards and requirements.
- Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure products are correctly packaged and meet shipping
- requirements.
- Generate and maintain inspection reports for both incoming and outgoing goods
- Regularly perform preventive maintenance on calibration equipment to ensure longevity and accuracy.
- Ensure that all calibrated equipment is functioning within the required accuracy and precision ranges.
- Document and maintain calibration records for all instruments in compliance with industry and company standards.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
- Prior experience in in-process quality inspection or quality control in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with an ERP such as SAP or Oracle or similar programs.
- Previous experience in quality control, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with barcode scanning equipment and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3 yrs Quality inspector in ISO9001 environment
- IPC 610 certification
- 3 years of inventory control experience Computer literacy – able to create documents using Microsoft Office Suite
Typical work hours are 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (Monday - Friday) with overtime as needed
