We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, creative, and innovative Clinical Case Manager to evaluate the need for services, prioritize the level of service coordination needed, and document outcomes. Must possess skill in tracking expenses and be able to negotiate services for the client that would be the most appropriate and cost-effective, while continually evaluating the quality of services delivered.

- This full-time position requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, plus 4 to 5 years of experience working in human services; Master’s degree in Human Services preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge in the field of clinical counseling, psychology, or social work, as well as in the developmental disabilities and behavioral systems.
- Understanding of utilization management.
- Proficiency in various software applications including Word, Excel, and Access also required.
- A valid driver license and auto-insurance that has a Bodily Injury Coverage of at least $100,000/person and $300,000/accident
