The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Manager (8-10 years’ experience) or Director (10-12 years’ experience) to lead client-focused accounting and advisory projects. You’ll work with clients across industries like Construction, Real Estate, Medical, Manufacturing, or Distribution, providing services such as:
- Managing projects such as weekly, monthly, and year-end close processes, management reporting, and reconciliations.
- Designing and implementing systems for clients.
- Advising clients on cash flow, financial projections, and strategic decisions.
- Providing fractional Controller or CFO services to clients.
- Reviewing payroll, benefits, and tax compliance processes.
- Mentoring and managing a diverse team of professionals across projects.
- Troubleshooting client challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
- Degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and financial software.
- Client-focused, consultative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in payroll, tax compliance, and accounting systems.
