Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide onsite and remote support to end users and client network administrators to resolve a wide variety of IT issues
- Resolve numerous service requests each day
- Support various versions of desktop operating systems
- Work with 3rd party vendors to support client line-of-business applications
- Troubleshoot and repair personal computers
- Monitor client backups and remediate backup failures
- Administer client Office 365 accounts
- Detect and remove viruses and malware
- Precisely document problems and resolutions steps
Qualifications and Skills
Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years (5 preferred) experience in IT supporting end-user clients
- Experience helping users by telephone with remote control technology
- Experience supporting the Microsoft product stack
